Account & User Management

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset your password securely.

How do I recover a forgotten username?

If you cannot remember your username or email, please contact Vozo Support for assistance.

How do I add additional providers or staff members?

Providers require additional licenses at an added cost. Staff and other support roles can be added without limit.

Can I assign different roles (front desk, biller, provider)?

Yes. You can assign predefined roles to manage access by job function. To manage roles.

How do I deactivate or remove a user?

Users can be deactivated from the User Management panel. Providers linked to patient data cannot be removed.

Can I control what each user can see or edit?

Yes. Permissions can be customized at the role level.

How do I invite external providers (referral network)?

Currently, external provider invitations are not supported.

SOAP notes can be created directly from the Encounter screen.
Can I customize visit templates for my specialty?

Yes. Visit templates are customizable by specialty.

Can I use speech-to-text or AI scribe?

Yes. Available as an add-on feature.

How do I pull forward notes from a previous visit?
Pull-forward functionality is not supported.
How do I lock or sign a completed note?
Notes can be locked and signed from the Encounter after review.
