How do I create provider schedules?
Schedules can be created from the Scheduling module under provider settings.
Can I block time for lunch, meetings, or vacations?
Yes. You can block specific times on the provider’s calendar.
How do I set up recurring appointments?
Recurring appointments can be configured during appointment setup.
Can patients self-book appointments online?
Yes. Patients can self-schedule through the portal.
Can I send automated appointment reminders (SMS/email)?
Yes. Automated reminders can be configured in Settings → Scheduling → Appointment Reminders.
Multi-Clinic & Domain Settings
Can I have multiple clinics under one account (multi-location)?
Multi-location support is available.
How do I switch between multiple practice locations?
Locations can be switched from the Practice Settings menu.
Can I create a sandbox/test account separate from production?
No. A sandbox account requires a request to support.
How do I change my primary domain (URL) after setup?
Domains cannot be changed once configured.
