How do I add a new patient?
Navigate to the Patients module and click Add New to enter demographic and insurance information.
Can patients self-register through the portal?
Yes. Patients can self-register securely through the portal.
How do I merge duplicate patient records?
Currently, merging duplicate records is not supported.
Can I attach documents (lab reports, referrals) to a chart?
Yes. Documents can be uploaded and attached to patient charts.
How do I import patient demographics in bulk?
Basic demographics (name, phone, insurance) can be imported via Excel/CSV.
Prescriptions
How do I send prescriptions electronically?
Electronic prescribing is available in the e-Prescription module.
Can I prescribe controlled substances (EPCS)?
Yes. EPCS is available as an add-on.
How do I connect to a preferred pharmacy?
Pharmacy integration is available as an add-on.
Can I view patient medication history from other providers?
Medication history can be accessed through referral management.
How do I handle prescription refills?
Prescription refills can be managed from the Patient List → e-Prescription.
