How do I upgrade from trial to paid plan?
You can upgrade directly from your trial account by selecting a paid plan.
Can I downgrade my plan later?
Yes. Downgrades are supported at renewal.
How is billing handled (monthly/annual)?
Billing is available on both a monthly and annual basis.
Can I add or remove provider licenses mid-billing cycle?
You can add licenses at any time. Removal requires a support request and takes effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Your plan will expire if payment is not received.

Trial & Account Setup

What features are included in the trial (telehealth, billing, e-prescribing)?
The trial includes limited billing features and does not support e-prescribing (eRx).
Can I use my trial data when I upgrade to a paid plan?
Yes. All data entered during the trial will be retained when you upgrade to a paid subscription.
Can multiple providers use the same trial account?
No. Each provider must have their own account.
How do I change my registered email address?
You can update your email address in the Settings section of your account.
Can I change my clinic name after creating an account?
Yes, the clinic name can be updated after setup.
