No. This feature is not supported at present.
How do I audit who accessed a patient record?
Audit logs are available to track user activity, including who accessed patient records and when.
What happens if I forget to log out on a shared device?
The system will automatically log you out after a period of inactivity.
Telehealth
How do I enable telehealth for my clinic?
Telehealth is available as an add-on. Contact support to enable.
Can patients join telehealth visits without downloading an app?
Yes. Patients receive a secure email link to join sessions.
How secure are telehealth video calls?
Telehealth calls are encrypted and HIPAA compliant.
Can I share my screen during a session?
Yes. Screen sharing is supported during telehealth sessions.
How do I troubleshoot if my patient cannot connect?
Check the patient’s email link, internet connection, and browser settings. Contact support if issues persist.

Can I add custom forms or assessments?
Yes. Custom forms can be created.

Can I add custom billing codes or modifiers?
